Method:
  The movement synergy class is based on movements from ballet, samba, tango, modern dances, depending on the theme. Also, we do exercises from
Meg Mendonca (RP2),,Moshe Feldenkrais, Anet Baniel, Pethos Sandos (Calatony), yoga and pilates.

Each class "module" is based on a distinct theme: air, water, earth and fire. Each one has appropriate music and images to motivate the students to expand their imagination and knowledge about our planet, our people, our resources, and our ecological challenges.

The class has an inspirational theme followed by the warm-up or body awareness exercises, creative dances, cool down, and mat exercises focusing on strenght, stretching and relaxation.
