Method


Movement Synergy is a class designed by Lia Caprara involving body awareness, dance and stretching with thematic projections of nature - especially Brazilian nature.

Movement synergy connects body, mind, spirit and nature in a class that aims to improve fitness, strength, posture and relaxation of the students, as well as their self-knowledge and consciousness about their body, their soul and the planet.

Synergy meaning that the final outcome of the class is greater than the sum of its parts (body, mind, spirit and nature) when addressed separately. 

            
Let's move using all the senses and tools possible
                  in our  bodies and in this present world !!
